Sean is a Master Trainer of Principled Policing for New York State Division for Criminal Justice Services and is a 26-year veteran of New York State law enforcement. He currently serves as the Detective Lieutenant with the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department and the Commanding Officer of the Hostage Negotiation Unit. He holds a BS from SUNY Empire and an MBA from Marist College. Sean is also the President of the Police Emerald Society of the Hudson Valley.

Anthony is a Master Trainer of Principled Policing for NYS DCJS and a twenty-one-year veteran of New York State law enforcement, with combined service in the NYPD and the City of Albany. Anthony has served as the Chief of Police for the City of Watervliet and for the City of Newburgh. He holds a BS from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and an MPA from Marist College. He also served as an adjunct faculty member for Columbia-Greene Community College and SUNY Albany School of Criminal Justice.
JW is a DCJS certified Principled Policing Instructor and a Lieutenant in the New York State MTA Police Department. He proudly served for nearly 13 years in the United States Marine Corps with service to Iraq, East Africa and Asia. He currently serves as a full-time Trainer with the MTA Police Department with a focus on Procedural Justice, Firearms, Defensive Tactics and De-Escalation. He is the President of The Detective Rafael Ramos Foundation.

Paul was hired by the Schenectady Police Department in 2004. He as a Deputy Chief with the Schenectady Police Department. Paul spent four years as the training sergeant where he earned instructor certifications in several topics ranging from defensive tactics to mental health. In 2017 he became certified as an instructor of procedural Justice and implicit bias and received master instructor certification shortly thereafter. Paul has been teaching procedural Justice and implicit bias throughout NYS since.
Our instructors have been training the principle policing curriculum since 2017 after being trained by the Chicago Police Department (creators of Procedural Justice training). Collectively they have trained over 500 instructors and 4,000 police officers from over 100 New York State law enforcement agencies.
Our instructors recently trained every member of the City of Yonkers PD, Town of Greenburgh PD, MTA PD, City of Poughkeepsie PD, City of Newburgh, City of Beacon PD, and the Dutchess County SO. They have also trained police officers from the towns of Lloyd, East Fishkill, Fishkill, Hyde Park, Kent, Pine Plains, Newburgh, Montgomery, and Millerton Police Departments. As well as the villages of Fishkill, Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and Millbrook Police Departments. Our instructors have also trained members of Dutchess County Probation and members of the FDNY.
